Brittany Wells PA-C, CAQ-Psych

Owner/ Physician Assistant

Brittany is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a decade of experience in psychiatry. She has worked in multiple areas of psychiatry including outpatient, inpatient, addiction, child/adolescent and geriatric psychiatry. Brittany graduated with honors from Elon University with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She has additional certifications in Psychiatry and Functional Psychiatry. Brittany is passionate about identifying and correcting the root cause of mental illness and incorporating functional psychiatry with psychotherapy and pharmacological interventions.

In her spare time, Brittany stays busy chasing her 3 children, gardening, running and taking care of her chickens and goats.

Kelly Wynne Lettieri, Ph.D., LCMHCA, NCC


Psychotherapist

Dr. Lettieri is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North Carolina with over 12 years of counseling experience. She has experience in school counseling, private practice, college counseling, and as an Assistant Professor in Counseling, Dr. Lettieri utilizes a person-centered and strengths-based approach in counseling, tailored to each client, often incorporating components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), to allow clients to develop coping skills and resiliency to move forward in an intentional and positive way in their lives. For younger clients, Dr. Lettieri incorporates components of Play Therapy and Sandtray into her work, allowing children and adolescents to express themselves in the way that is most natural to them. Dr. Lettieri specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, identity exploration, and trauma-related issues. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life, no matter your age, background, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, etc. She believes that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, to heal, to develop, and to transform into the person they aspire to be.
